Service Areas
Currently, we are building MKD homes in the western United States. All MKD homes must be built to a state and local building code by factories that are licensed to build the MKD homes.
We are now offering MKD homes in the following states:
California, Colorado, Hawaii, Oregon and Washington.
Michelle Kaufmann Designs is planning to expand to additional service areas in 2007 and 2008. If you would like to be notified with announcements as the Service Area widens, please fill out the inquiry form.
For developers with projects of at least 25 units (single-family or multi-family homes / townhouses / condominiums), MKD may be able to service other areas (factories respond best to aggregated demand). Please describe your project in detail so that we can discuss your project with an appropriate factory.
