Your MKD home will be built off-site, utilizing modular technology, to all state and local building codes - for any climate, in any season. Our quality construction process guarantees an extremely well-built home that includes industry-standard warranties. It will arrive on a flatbed, 90% complete, in as little as 10 - 14 months after your design meeting.
Please note: building a Custom Modular home, Modifying the design of an MKD home, Design Review Requirements, and/or Long Permitting Periods may extend this project schedule
