The very first mkLotus® was built in 2007 as part of the West Coast Green conference in San Francisco, which every year brings together hundreds of experts and visionaries in the field of sustainable design. Situated prominently in front of San Francisco's City Hall, the mkLotus® received thousands of visitors during the few days it was on display.
