Custom Designs
Overview
We are currently working with a number of clients to create beautiful, thoughtfully designed Custom Homes that are unique to each site. When creating Custom Homes, we use the same basic, sustainable design principles which meet the Energy Star® program standards for energy efficient homes as well as the performance standards of the American Lung Association Health House program.
Each Custom MKD Home will be built off-site at our wholly owned mkConstructs factory and delivered near completion offering time, material, and cost efficiencies.
