Developers interested in sustainable, modern communities, including either single family homes, or multifamily homes, or a mixture. Please email us with information on you and your project.
General Contractors (anywhere in the United States) who are interested in becoming a certified MKD Local General Contractor to work on the site work portion of our projects. Please email us information on your company as well as a list of references.
Sustainable Product Suppliers who are interested in sharing their product with us. We would love to see what you produce, how it is healthy, and how it is sustainable.
Modular Factories who produce high-quality modular homes and are interested in sustainable materials and methods and becoming a qualified MKD Modular Builder. Please email us with information on your factory including your location, your management team, your production capacity, photographic examples of your work, and photographs of your facility.
