We are working with a highly respected development group in Denver on a few environmentally-friendly multifamily projects. One project is an 80-unit townhouse development with a mix of 2 and 3 bedroom, 1, 2, and 3-story homes. This project is a mixture of both affordable and market rate units. The community will incorporate shared parks, communal organic gardens, geo-thermal alternative energy sources, high-performance energy systems, as well as beautiful sustainable materials and strategies. These are to be completed in 2009.
Another project with this development group includes multifamily housing projects with 4 flats in each building.
